We’ve been working on this for more than a year, and now we are ready to take you through an amazing journey into the food and wine of Ancient Rome. Starting from today, “The food of our ancestors” is available in two versions: for schools and for adults.

A trip through custom and traditions of antiquity, made together with historians and archaeologists from two world-renowned universities. The recipes have been created with the help of three chefs, a sommelier, an enologist, an agronomist and a nutritionist.

Available on request for privates groups, we also organize them as events in archaeological sites around Italy.
