He only chooses high quality ingredients for his classes and combines different tastes and food texture that will make you live a culinary experience as never before.
Meet the chef in Campo dei Fiori Market (weather permitting) to buy the freshest and tastiest ingredients for your meal and then move to the chef's kitchen in Trastevere to start cook your four courses lunch. He will give you tips and cooking tricks while you measure flour for home made pasta or check the oil temperature for your sauce. He will talk about traditional Italian techniques of cooking and the history of each recipes. At the end of the cooking class, you will eat what you prepared and dishes will be paired with the best regional wines.
