Did you know that there are chocolate sommeliers? Antonio Autore, one of the founders of Walking Palates and passionate food artisan who produces croccantino and fine chocolate in his Autore Chocolate factory, will show you this sweet and crunchy world.
He will tell you about production and secrets behind his chocolate, starting from the cocoa plantation to the processing, resulting in croccantini, spread creams and pralines.
You will be involved in a sensory analisys with tastings of cocoa seeds and chocolate and taste some of the best Autore Chocolate delicacies.
