This was one of my best days in Rome! It was such a pleasure learning about traditional Roman foods/drinks all while enjoying it at some of the best cafes and bistros. Valerio did an amazing job discussing all the details, and everything was perfectly choreographed with no waiting at any of the stops. Lucia was great- After meeting we set out to several restaurants in several locations for different courses at each. Started with an appetizer and a glass of wine and some wine education. As we navigated through Florence she told us the history and other interesting tidbits about art, sculpture, and Florentine local life. Arrive hungry and you won’t be disappointed.
