Italian craft beers recently gained their success on the international stage. Many breweries and beer firm have developed innovative production and fermentation techniques that make their craft beers unique.
This experience allows you to taste several local craft beer with different ingredients and fermentation. A sommelier will present each beer and guide you through a sensory analysis of what you will taste.
Craft beer tasting is paired with sampling of local olive oils, cheeses, cold cuts and local vegetables.
